After so many tries the DC unlocker failed to generate bootloader unlock for my Honor 9. I tried all the time but I see that is "impossible" to use the bootloader unlock. Can you please refund me? What do you need?

You have used your credits to unlock Huawei EM920 did you even follow the guide added in same email as account details.

Yes I followed the guide. I wanted just unblock the bootloader, but I did a lot of things without sense. I spent the credits, I bought 3 credits more and at the DC said me: "Not supported/unknown chipset!"
It was my mistake
