    Refund

    As i tried to use your software to unlock my huawei P10 phone, i couldnt access to my own account. It kept saying "to many attemps to login, acess denied". Therefore, i couldn't use the software. I tried to reset my account's password, without any success. Besides, my phone isnt detect, even with USB debug on/off and/or manufacturer mode on/off.
    So i'm asking for a refund of the service that wasn't provided, as it is my consummers right.

      Refund now completed, phone must be visible in device manager correctly for any detection to work.
