    Refund Not working with unlocking my huawei honor phone :(

    Hello.
    I wanted to unlock my phone's bootloader but it failed and Ive spent money for 15 credits.
    I'am getting this error:

    Factory reset protection Erase start

    Fastboot command fail!

    I would like to get refund as it didnt worked.

      I wanted to unlock my HUAWEI E303 modem but it failed and I have spent money for 5 credits.
      I'am getting this error:

      Unlocking, please wait ...

      Resetting unlock counter ...
      Port unavailable

      Error code 24

      unlock failed !
