Hi,

I wanted to read the bootloader code on my Huawei Honor 7x, but it's running Android 9 and I'm unable to revert to an earlier version, and I'm unable to even get the phone recognized by DC-unlocker (can't get the COM port driver installed).

Is it possible to get a refund on the 4 credits I bought?
