    good day i would like to request a credit refund, the software says job is done but the phone still have huawei id.

    Please do this:
    1. Restart DC-Phoenix.
    2. Press CTRL+L
    3. Select firmware and flash
    4. After unsuccessful flashing close DC-phoenix
    5. Open directory where DC-phoenix software is placed in
    6. Look for .dgtkl file there, send it to me, please

            You should flash stock rom in it. Either dc-phoenix or simply from sd card, just make sure it will match country/vendor as in flashed oeminfo fields on dc-phoenix.

              still the same sir, i flashed stock rom, after flashing phone still have huawei id. even i repeat the whole process. did tried to many firmware. please help me

                Well according to our side it removes huawei id successfully after loader/oeminfo flash as we checked on our side again and from your log files.
