Thank you for providing this wonderful service for cheaps.
I have a question before I make my purchase:
If I buy DC-Phoenix + HCU timed license (3 days), then use the DC-Phoenix tool to unbrick my Huawei PRA-LX1 [EMUI 8.0.0.046(0OVE)], will I be able to use the HCU Client to unlock my bootloader under the same 3 days license, or do I need to pay extra and use the DC-Unlocker tool?

Yes, you can use both software by using time license.
