    I would like a refund for 19 EUR - HCU + DC 3 days

    Device: Huawei Nova 2i
    Error: Tried to reflash in DC Phoenix but my phone cannot flash it

    Used DC Phoenix 132 &
    The file I used from firmwares is Rhone-L22_8.0.0.341(C569CUSTC569D1)_Firmware_8.0.0_r1_EM UI8.0_05014VKG.APP

    sometime error on this one. Issue is I cannot put device in upgrade mode.

        Explained via ticket system. Refund not available. Can use only board softwares via test points, read tutorials for repair before using anything. use "rhone" in search fields to find suitable files. file catalog: https://www.dc-unlocker.com/firmware-catalog
