I bought 4 credits to read the bootloader code on my Honor 9 (STF-L09). Unfortunately it didn't work, as it turned out to require an old version of the OS to which I could not downgrade. Can I use those credits to get my bootloader code computed (from IMEI, S/N, etc.)? If not, I'd like to get a refund. Thanks.
