Hey, I bought 4 credits to read the bootloader code on my Huawei P10 Lite. Unfortunately it didn't work, as it turned out to require an old version of the OS to which I could not downgrade and i get a messange "unknown chipset". Can I use those credits to get my bootloader code computed (from IMEI, S/N, etc.)? If not, I'd like to get a refund. Thanks.
