Alp - l29 (mate 10 / 9.1.0.321(c636e5r1p13) cant read bootloader unlock code

I BOUGHT 4 CREDITS TO READ THE BOOTLOADER UNLOCK CODE ON MY MATE 10 (ALP-29), BUT THEN DC UNLOCKER CANT READ EVEN THOUGH THEY POSTED IT ON THEIR SUPPORT LIST.

DCU: Reading bootloader code. Not supported / unknown chipset.
HCU: same error cant read bootloader code.

already downgraded to last version of android 8.0 and still cannot read bootloader code.

yep i already read and spent the 4 credits on a VTR-L29 device,

on MATE 10 ALP-L29 what android version and build version is needed to read the bootloader code ??
can you give me the exact android version and build number so that i can unlock devices here in my site . ?
