Dongle not seen lost credits

I purchasrd 10 credits and ran client with my dongle and unlocked zte f102 but it took all credits.
I checked afterwards (after starting client again) and my dongle is seen but didnt check before unlocking.
Any chance of refund of my 7 credits please. (User FU_Too, dongle 09730BB4)
