You forgot to write your software username, you forgot to read frp erase guide, you forgot to check supported models https://www.dc-unlocker.com/android-feature-table just about all what you could do wrong you did

Now I see my phone model is unsupported so can I have a refund?
(By the way my model phone is Huawei Mate 20 PRO and I entered fastboot mode and tried to run FRP and in recovery mode I had no other options and my computer was not even able to see my phone.)
