    Hello, i hard bricked my Huawei P10 and tried to use PC Phoenix to recover it, i've tried everything i could, without any luck.
    Can i get a refund?

    Sorry, timed license account is not refundable after using it - regardless of outcome of your use. Could you provide details of error(s) you got during your attempt, also file names/versions.

        I somehow managed to update oeminfo, but now i have another problem.
        I tried to flash 8.0.0.386 and i can't get into update to finish it:


        Standard update
        Not Reboot NOT cheked

        Bypass version check NOT checked
        Old slow algo checked

          It doesn;t matter what files or where from, it only matter if versions you are flashing suits your mobile, since you can not flash whatever version you want even if it has your model name in it. Does your phone enter upgrade mode if you hold both volume buttons and power button together while phone is turned off?
