I've just bought 15 credits and I used them for unlocking my Huawei Mate 9 (MHA-L09) in fastboot mode.
Unfortunately, the procedure failed and now my credits are gone.
May I ask for a complete refund, please?
Refund request forwarded and should be complete today/tomorrow. FRP erase on your device did not work because of unsupported android version. Android 8 with early 2018 security patch is the last one that can be services, any above won't work for any model. Only solution in this case is via dc-phoenix/testpoint.
