Good day, I would appreciate it if you could please refund the purchase of 4 credits, since it did not help me to repair the device and thus be able to buy 3 days of license. My apologies, as I am using google translator. Beforehand thank you very much.
Refund is available, but due to recently changed policy by PayPal regarding refunds, taxes are applied, which sometimes may reach up to 40% of the amount paid - in most cases way less. If you see no use in those remaining credits i can do a refund, but you should be aware as informed in user agreement and info message before payment that refunded amount will be less than you paid because of these changes. Please let me know your decision.
