Refund, please

Hi,
I bought the 3-day DC Phoenix + HCU license to try to unbrick my honor 9. Unfortunately, I was unsuccessful ... I followed all the tutorials and recovery methods possible, but after using the full reparation file, I can't record in HCU and nor flash the firmware of the update.app, it always crashes on the upgrade mode screen at 5%.
Please, refund me, so maybe i can invest in a new motherboard.

Timed software license is not refundable regardless of the outcome of it's use unless it wasn't used at all.

Here in Brazil 19 euros is a lot of money ... the license was completely useless, my cell phone is still bricked and you don't have the correct total repair file for my model, which you can only know after paying ... now In addition to not having my cell phone repaired, I lost some money that I could have invested in a new card ... if you think it's fair not to refund, okay, but regardless of the situation, I won't be working with you anymore and I won't be able to refer you. I'm just asking for what's fair.
