I bought today some credits to get bootloader code for my Huawei Honor 9 Lite, but i got this message in DC-Unlocker:

Can i get refund? I pay via PayPal and I know about new policy. My username is ayatane.

Refund is available, but due to recently changed policy by PayPal regarding refunds, taxes are applied, which sometimes may reach up to 40% of the amount paid - in most cases way less. If you see no use in those remaining credits i can do a refund, but you should be aware as informed in user agreement and info message before payment that refunded amount will be less than you paid because of these changes. Please let me know your decision if i should initiate refund process.
