I purchased 4 credits for bootloader code (honor 9 lite).

I chose this:

Force Huawei Android bootloader unlock (old method)

But when I do the procedure the message is this : Insufficient credits..
why doesn't the program work?

Your device is not supported for this method to begin with. And if it runs android 9 no service will work. We do not have bootloader unlock service, we can only read bootloader code from phone. Costs 4 credits / 4 euros

How to read bootloader unlock code from working phone see here: https://www.dc-unlocker.com/how-to-read-huawei-bootloader-unlock-code won’t work if device runs android 9 or later with latest security patch. May work only on android 8.0.0 with early security patch (2018 or older).

I followed the instructions earlier,i have downgrade my honor, my honor mounts android 8 patch 2018/1....i bought the credits, but it blocks me..the messagge says: i don't have enough credit..why i lost my credits?do you want my credentials?

Yes, to check what happened to your credits i would need to know your username. Also you may be pressing wrong button in which case your credits should still be there in account.

Credits were spent for locking bootloader, there was no error in service looking at logs so can not return anything.
