Request credit payment to be refunded

Hi,

Could you please make a *payment* refund for the 19 credits currently held in my account : matthieumaindrou

This is so that I can at a later time make a 19-credit purchase for the 72hrs licence for DC+HCU under my existing account.

I had added credits thinking that there was a mean to purchase the combined solution DC+HCU using the existing credits but when trying it out, the system always prompts me to add additional funds and does not allow me to use the credits in my account.

By being re-imbursed for the current existing credit, I will then be able to proceed in purchasing DC+HCU under current customer account while not being out of pocket in the process.

I hope you understand and can help at the earliest as I'ld like to finally recover my Huawei Mediapad M5.

Refund can be done for remaining 15 credits in your account, since other purchases of credits are too old to refund. Keep in mind that while refund is available, but due to recently changed policy by PayPal regarding refunds, taxes are applied, which sometimes may reach up to 40% of the amount paid - in most cases way less. If you see no use in those remaining credits i can do a refund, but you should be aware as informed in user agreement and info message before payment that refunded amount will be less than you paid because of these changes. Please let me know your decision.

I believe that I originally only had 4 credits left.(long time ago as you said)

I then purchased 11 credits on 17th October and then an additional 4 credits on 23 Oct to bring the total to 19 credits and allow me to use DC+HCU 72hrs licence.

Since you are saying that I may not see the 15credits in its full amount back, can I ask you if it would be possible to transfer the 19 credits to the DC+HCU licence ?
However I don't want the licence to start from today as I m fully occupied at work and will not have the chance to look into recovering my device until later on Friday.

When does the licence start counting down ?

Yes, that would be possible, it would start from moment i add/convert your credits. So post here again when you are ready, i'll add extra time then in hopes you will accomplish to finalize recover of your device.

Can you convert the 19 credits to DC+HCU 72hrs licence starting from 14:00 BritishSummerTime (BST) Friday 20/11/2020 ?

Thats when I have the best chances to revisit my issue once more and hopefully resolve it in time.
