Insufficient credit

Hi, I looked on your site for the credits needed to unlock Honor 6 and the price is 4 credits.
I tried the login and it tells me it takes 15 credits why? Did you cheat me? Why do you say it takes 4 credits if you then tell me insufficient credit, it takes 15 credits? I feel scammed.
My user is harlock, I wish I could use DC Unlocker with 4 credits as per your price list.

Hi, I just wanted to say that I was able to read the bootloader code, I was wrong procedure and in live chat I expressed myself badly.
It happens when you don't know the language and you rely on the translator to both write and read.
Only after I was able to understand what they were trying to tell me and doing as described I solved the problem, now I hope to be able to unlock the bootloader.
