Insufficient credits - but i have 4 Credits ! Please Help

Hello, I wanted to do my HONOR 5X "FRP and Temp Fastboot unlock".
According to your website this costs 4 credits:

Operation name: Unlock Huawei Honor 5X
Credits need for one operation: 4

I bought 4 credits and paid with PayPal.
After logging into the DC-Unlocker Client with my Account it says: Insufficient credits!

Why is this being shown to me?
Please Help me.

FRP/temp bootloader unlock service costs 15 credits and it works only if device is not bricked.

This is unlock from operator, Refund is available, but due to recently changed policy by PayPal regarding refunds, taxes are applied, which sometimes may reach up to 40% of the amount paid - in most cases way less. If you see no use in those remaining credits i can do a refund, but you should be aware as informed in user agreement and info message before payment that refunded amount will be less than you paid because of these changes. Please let me know your decision.
