please Refund to my account aswell ,i have paid last night and i did not find this tool helpfull everysingle opreation server is down for mantancince , server error , and where it suppose to work in fastboot mode hisilicon 695 on fourmgsm hosting it says works like charm , but in actual it dose not work at all. also your time for online chat i waited too long , when timmer on your website is over it says sorry online chat is not available.

just refund and cancel my 1 year subscription, manythanks

Refund may be available only after checking the problem, so please send screenshot with it. Because it is running normally and people are using it successfully.

Hello, Well thats not a big thing for me to do for getting refund . i will share tomorrow with you as it is too late now.;
it is all about work statement of this tool but in actual it dose not performs that task .
if i am wrong dont issue me Refund , but if i am correct do not delay in refund.

Hello, Good Morning , Hope you doing great , this tool has not been used once for purpose which i purchased for. you can check your sever logs .anyway , i have attached Pictures of before purchase claims from your tool and after buying that product ,results are attached in screen shot.
now everything is public you can decide yourself.

Your phone isn't in testpoint mode to repair it by this method. It works from fastboot only if bootloader is unlocked, in your screenshot it is visible that it's locked, tutorial and all of this info that you should have followed prior to attempt: https://hcu-client.com/huawei-imei-m...r-in-fastboot/
