Possible credit refund?

Hello, I tried to use my credits for reading bootloader code of Huawei PRA-LX2. However the phone suddenly disconnected in the process and thus reported an error. The credits are used up by the time I try again. Is a refund possible for such reason?

Repeating same service does not require new credits on same device even with 0 credits in account.

Tried the bootloader code reading again on the very same device, and it tells me "Insufficient credits!" instead. It is the first attempt that failed due to sudden disconnection of the phone.

Refund is available, but due to recently changed policy by PayPal regarding refunds, taxes are applied, which sometimes may reach up to 40% of the amount paid - in most cases way less. If you see no use in those remaining credits i can do a refund, but you should be aware as informed in user agreement and info message before payment that refunded amount will be less than you paid because of these changes. Please let me know your decision.
