i wanted to unlock my honor 8 but FRP is still locked.

I can not do refund since frp service was completed successfully as visible on our side. I could only add credits back to your account and make sure you are doing everything correctly to remove google sign in request during phone boot up. Keep in mind that frp erase does not change frp lock status in fastboot screen.
