Previously I have started two threads in this forum in order to seek assistance on un-locking my ZTE MF823.
You have closed both of them without my knowledge and approval despite not providing a satisfactory solution.
I have paid you 7 euro for a service that I don’t think I have received.
Previously I have asked you for a refund, which to date you have declined.
Having tired all of your suggestions I am still unable to get another SIM card from any other provider to work other that the single one it was supplied with.
Despite what your website and software says, I consider this ZTE MF823 to still be locked to O2.
In order to purse my claim elsewhere, I must ask you once again for a full refund.
