Indeed, it doesn't appear in your list of supported devices.
I thought that it might be an omission and that it could be worth giving it a shot anyway, since the 6 and 6C models are listed.

Would you have an advice for me to unlock this phone (DC Phoenix ?) or if applicable could you please consider a refund ?
