Username & password not received after buying credits
Username & password not received after buying credits
Hello,
I bought credits using a credit card with HiPay yesterday but never received neither the email with the username & password neither an email with payment info.
So in your head forum account is same one as for software? We even added information on forum registration that this account is in no way linked to software... You purchased under existing user account and waiting for username/password, what logic is that, if you buy under existing user account it means you already have username/password and you already can log in.
Now will have to ask for payment proof information that is sent from payment service provider, send it via PM...
