Hello,
I paid for 72h access to the DC-Phoenix + HCU (19Eur).
My phone is constantly detected as USB SER device (Testpoint Mode).
I am trying to run everything. And as the device in the Testpoint Mode the first step is writing bootloader.
Nevertheless this step is always failed.

I am not able to use the tool due to fails in bootloader writings.

Can your phone exit test point mode and boot into homes creen or it is just in this mode - bricked? This would explain why it doesn't work.

My phone is bricked. It cannot run in normal mode

Then that is not what you need to do, you either need to flash board firmware while in testpoint or use temp bootloader unlock on DC-phoenix.
If still error then take log file:
Please do this:
1. Restart DC-Phoenix.
2. Press CTRL+L
3. Use service
4. After error close DC-phoenix
5. Open directory where DC-phoenix software is placed in
6. Look for .dgtkl file there, send it to me, please

Unfortunately the license expired and I read your last edits after expiration.
I've tried to use bootloader from the firmware Jackman-AL00D-BD_1.0.0.36_Board_Software_general_8.1.0_r1_EMUI8. 2_05022KRJ.dgtks
The screenshot with results is attached.

I am able to play with my broken phone only at nights.
And if even kindly ask you to extend license for one day it might be not enough.
And here I don't have any further ideas how to proceed.
Could be the phone is lost forever...

Log shows that your device doesn't have Kirin710 chip but something else, so either you are using incorrect loader for incorrect model, or device has been modified so badly that without replacing it's main board repair not possible.

Wow, I am really surprised!
I bought Huawei Enjoy 9 Plus and the model number is JKM-AL00. For sure I cannot check it now. But I am pretty sure there.
Could it be caused by SOC failure? I understand that the SOC runs somehow as the testpoint mode is active. But could be other damages inside of it.
For this phone I replaced only the Display Module and Battery.
However once at morning it just stopped working. No one did anything with the main board.

Nevertheless the topic was about refund. And I lost last hope to restore it. For sure I expected to get info stored there at least.
Taking into account all information you got, may you make your decision about refund?

Yes, refund is available indeed for everyone. Refund is available, but due to recently changed policy by PayPal regarding refunds, taxes are applied. If you see no use in those remaining credits we can do a refund, but you should be aware that refunded amount will be less than you paid because of these changes. Please let me know your decision.

Very interesting problem you have, never encountered anything like it. Bootloader writes 100% successfully so far to their respective devices, so it is really strange. Phone came from China I assume as it has AL00 version, there is a chance it is modified as they do there locally, but it's just a guess and would be the first one to encounter such unit.

Hmm, here I have no clue. For sure better to keep is as the deposit. However I don't know when the next chance I will have to use your program.
But I have another JKM-AL00 device what is far away from me. I bought both of them at the same time. And yes, I bought them in China. And I will be able "to play" with that device somewhere in Autumn.
At least nowadays that another phone is working fine. But could be possible to dump the bootloader from it. Is it possible using your software? And for sure I wouldn't like to disassemble the device to manipulate with anything.
If I may do so you might get one more bootloader/image/partitions map. Or you will just confirm that my failed phone is fully broken
