refund request for duplicate order

today i try to use imei repair. I buy the credits and try to use it but it did not work due to connection error. The credits were used anyway. Afterwards i buy new credits again and it worked the second time.

Please refund me for my first order of 29 credits because the credits were taken but the service was not provided.
my username is beastern on the dc unlocker application.
