Hello, i am really sorry, but all actions on my MediaPad M5 was unsuccessful , no method works, adb, fastboot, nothing. Looks like after last security patch is it impossible.
Could you please refund my payments for DC Phoenix and DC Unlocker ?

Refund is available, but due to recently changed policy by PayPal regarding refunds, taxes are applied. If you see no use in those remaining credits we can do a refund, but you should be aware that refunded amount will be less than you paid because of these changes. Please let me know your decision

What are you even doing your device runs android 9 and you are using android 8, guide clearly says to use same or higher version firmwares. That's first mistake.
It also seems you are using firmware from our support area that converted and is only usable for flashing device, you need to find full stock rom yourself on the internet.
