Paynent succesfull but no password received

Hello,
I made a purchase and send the payment succesffully, when it redirected to the dc unlocker site it ended with:


Failed to get order status
Please check your email for your order details. If no such mail has reached you, please contact support.

Order ID: My Order ID

I dd not get a password for the username (same username like here in forum)

I actually wanted to go on with the further steps during this weekend but I am now stopped because of this I checked FAQ etc alredy, also no mail in spam folder.
Already wrote to CS, but Customer Support is not available on weekend
Just trying it here additionally because I maybe have the chance that a staff member is here during the weekend?

estoy igual hice la compra de crédito luego me sale error y no me enviaron nada a mi correo
