How can I purchase a timed license with my credits I already bought?

Hi, I bought 19 credits on DC-Unlocker because I wanted to buy a timed licensed to unlock my Huawei P10 Lite above Android 8.0 with HCU (a 72hours time license), but when I try to use the program, I still can't use HCU because it's says: "Available only for dongle or timed licensed account users". Where I am suppose to buy this time license? I already have the credits. Thanks!

Or at least, can the support team redeem the credits so I can buy it again directly to a dealer?

You are supposed to buy this on purchase page here: https://www.dc-unlocker.com/buy by selecting correct item from item drop box. Under what user name you made purchase?
