Refund or solve the problem

I bought 15 credits to unlock the bootloader on my P8 lite.
The phone only works in fastboot mode.
I clicked on "FRP and Temp Fastboot unlock" and the bootloader was unlocked for a while and when I clicked "yes" the bootloader was locked again.
I lost 15 credits and did nothing.
Can I get an unlock code?

Refund not available after service has been used, even if you made mistake by not understanding what you are doing and not reading messages that appear during service time, can only offer you add credits back to account if you mention your user name.
