Refund for not used credits ir times subscrition

Hi, I'm a New user from Brasil And I bought 4 credits trying to unlock a honor 10 lite.
I have no experiênce in unlock phones.
Then I realized that I needed 15 credits , Made another purchase of 11 credits for another try.
The third purchase was a 3 day time subscrition.
Didn't work at all...
I still have the credits but Will not be useful .
Can I have refund for this ?
I cant unlock the honor 10.

software testpoint available for devices with up to android 10.0
Bootloader may relock on 10th and above android, to permanently have it unlocked would need to downgrade to android 9

Service works only with time license account, not credits. Price is shown on purchase page when you select correct item to buy

I Just gave up trying to unlock It.
Maybe I'll sell It in eBay.

Since time license is not refundable, can only offer refund for remaining credits in your account. Refund for them is available, but due to changes in policy by PayPal regarding refunds, taxes are applied. If you see no use in those remaining credits we can do a refund, but you should be aware that refunded amount will be less than you paid because of these changes. Please let me know your decision.
