    Refund Request

    Hello, I cant unlock my modem.
    First he ask for a frimware update that gone wrong.
    Now DC unlocker keep saying that my device is in download mode and I just can't do anything for that. (Yes a reboot change nothing)

    DC - Unlocker 2 Client 1.00.1436

    Detecting modem :

    selection :
    manufacturer - Huawei modems
    model - Auto detect (recommended)

    Found Applications port COM3
    Found Diagnostics port COM4

    Device is in download mode, need restart!

    Sorry to hear it, what device it is? Maybe you have details of it? Refund is available, but due to changes in policy by PayPal regarding refunds, taxes are applied. If you see no use in those remaining credits we can do a refund, but you should be aware that refunded amount will be less than you paid because of these changes. Please let me know your decision.

      It's a Huawei E220 but the frimware upgrade crashes while updating. I think it's d'eau
