Q1: Why, after being unlocked, it still says "Wrong codes entered:0 (unlock attempts left:10)? Is there smth else to be unlocked?
Q2: This post
says that 15 credits are required, which is what I bought. In the end, the client told me that I have 11 left. Does that mean that the unlock process went ok and if yes, is it possible to get a refund on the 11 left?
