Hi, it was not a tutorial from your website. It was from YouTube where someone was showing how to unlock a modem using your website. Also, the username that was created to purchase the credits is godblessamerica. A total of 29 credits was purchased. I purchased the GL inet modem per a YouTuber's recommendation. If you are able to help me figure out how to unlock the GL iNet ar750s using your website, that would be great. Otherwise, I'd like to receive a refund, please.
