PayU said payment cancelled

PayU is saying my transaction was cancelled but my debit card says it was paid. I didn't get my credits.

You should have received a letter from the payment service provider about your payment status, it seems it was rejected or canceled, otherwise, it is still processing as it is not completed.

Refunds come by default if payment was canceled, since payment was done via bank/card it may take several days or more for the refund to reach you - this depends on your banking services.
