Account BLOCKED

I have paid 6 credits with Paypal, first time failed. then I paid again, but my account (reisrf) is blocked. When I tried to unblock with the link provided I got a message saying

Hard block

Contact us

Please unlock as soon as possible

Is there no support???? I can't find any support online..have sent a lot of mails without any answer.....

Your payment is reversed, thats why you receive this error. Cancel the reverse and we will unblock account. You were trying to unblock reversed payment account, thats why received hard block message.

Vincent, thanks for the reply, but I check Paypal now and the payment is reversed waiting YOUR answer to paypal, see summary below, they have sent a mail to [email protected] mail, that I supposed is some of your mail accounts:
