We won't know the exact version, but any safe downgrade is ok and after that, you should navigate to the "about phone" section on your mobile to check the security patch date there, it can not be higher than 2018, only then bootloader code read will work.

Yes, it can be. The patch date is not the device's release date.

a new problem arose, now the second IMEI is not restored, neither from backup (tried both options), nor manually. Although according to the logs everything seems to be going well, but after recording and subsequent reboot, again only one first IMEI.

Does it run the same firmware as earlier, in which tab you have tried to repair it - umts or cdma?

It has the same firmware version from which the dump was taken. Tried all options. And the UMTS tab, and CDMA, and manually, and the .BAK file. A Also restore using an earlier RFNV backup. All the time the same result.

Using some files won't help, files generated by HCU are just for your convenience in case you forget to save your phone info yourself. If possible make a screenshot with the repair attempt, we will review your data, as well as the device detection screenshot before repair.
