Can't connect to account - linked to another computer (?) | Refund request

I can't connect to my account because is already linked to another computer? Sure, i do - i ran HCU on laptop, because of win11 on PC.
Can you remove the lock and lock it if you want to this another computer?
BTW: 72h subscription - atm i waiting to your answer since 11h - what about my lost time & money

Hello, the time license is not a refundable purchase after logging in with it. PC lock is not removed. Advice would be to purchase it under a new user if unsure to which pc your account is locked to, so you won't have to waste precious time.
