Hello there. I have 7 credits left on DC-Unlocker software. I used DC-Phoenix and HCU Client with time license last year. I would like to ask is there any way to use back credits despite having limited-time license account or is there any way to change that? Thanks in advice.

You have purchased 19 credits into an expired time license, do you wish us to convert those 19 credits into a time license instead maybe?

Nevermind I see refund has been completed for you already, if you purchase again make sure to buy time license account not credits so then you will be able to use it.
