access denied

Hi,

When I enter my credentials in "Login options" and click "Check login" it says "access denied".

I am using the username and password provided after payment through eMail.

Also when I try to unlock it says "No username ! (error code 63)".

If I try to unlock it says "unlock failed ! (error code 49)" or "acess denied ! (error code 17)".

What's up there?

You are talking about portmon??? What's wrong about it? I'm using it to monitor the serial communication with my weather station. What harm does it to you???
And would you be so kind to remove IP-related information from this public forum?

Whats wrong ?? If you monitoring not huawei unlock, then why selected huawei ports for scanning ?? I made refund you, please chose another product for scanning.

First I press check login , it ok .

then, I press scan port and then choose manual port for modem and press unlock , it said : Access denied.

I Bring my DC to another computer , it work ok. But now, I can't use my DC in my computer : Access denied.

Pls help me to use it on my computer.

You receive this error because your dongle was blocked by server. It was blocked becasue you have used sharing software at same time when used dc-unlocker. This time have unblocked you. Dongle sharing or using usb sharing software is not allowed.
But if there will be more sharring software used you will be blocked again and probably will not be able to unblock more.

all i have is VYGIS and INFINITY and on both i can activate dc unlocker may be sometime both was attached to sytem.
but i have activaited it on VYGIS so please stop stop ... distrubing true and orignal customer please unblock my dongle my dongle id of VYGIS IS
