Is it possible to get a refund? I purchased 10 credits but when I connected my device it shows that it is already unlocked

Please, let us know your software user name. What device you are detecting? To get the correct lock status some need to have an unsupported operator sim inside and some must not.

i am detecting netgear mr1100 and the network unlock is greyed out.

i received my T-Mobile sim yesterday and have it working without issues and getting 30mbps down
