Hi, I purchased 10 credits for Novatel Mifi 5792 (network Unlock) which was not successfully unlocked, in short, the credits were not not used for intended purpose, therefore, I humbly reques for a refund. Capturemifi.png
Please use auto-detection then repeat unlock. Also if your device creates a network adapter in the device manager on the computer - disable it this will solve your current problem.
