Hi, I purchased DC Phoenix + HCU Timed license however I noticed my Huawei Mate 20 pro USB is not working (not even debugging/adb), I suspect some thing to do with a downgrade:

I understand it's not your concern but I am willing to use the software in the future to get the bootloader unlock but in the meantime I need to get some material (USB-OTG and Harmony TP Cable) to re-flash a valid version, in short, I ask for a credit re-use later (even 24h should be enough).

Please provide me with solution.

Hello, We can freeze the account in such case and when you need it later we can make it usable again,
