Can you refund 10 euro, I did not use it

My Netgear MR1100 can not be connected, I thought Router might be in "Locked status",
so I bought 10 credits (10.7 euros) on 14 Nov 2022,
finally, I just found out that the device is Out of Order, and I did not use DC-Unlock software.

Need your help to refund 10 euros back to my visa's account ?
