I purchased access to DC Unlocker 2/6/21 for 29 credits to repair a sierra wireless/netgear IMEI (with unlimited retry for one router). I recently changed to another Netgear router and attempted IMEI repair and received a message of insufficient credits.Looking at the price list I assumed I needed to only purchase an additional 10 credits to unlock and repair it and purchased under the receipt # listed above. After attempting to repair the IMEI the program again gave me an "insufficient credits" message. I then reviewed the price list again and found the listing for the 29 credit price for IMEI. Could you reverse the purchase I made via my credit card so I can purchase the correct amount without buying more credits than I need due to my mistake?

ETA: Disregard the above. I misunderstood the credit purchase process and bought the necessary extra credits to get the problem solved.
