Refund request

Hey there, I bought a three-day trial to try to unlock the FRP on my phone. I can't get it to boot to software testpoint, and I currently can't risk opening my phone for hardware frp.
I've tried everything, but I just can't get it to work.

I bought this for one reason, but it dosen't seem to work so could someone kindly offer a refund so I don't have to waste my time anymore.

I was able to copy the following information from the program:

I'm sorry, but the time license is not a refundable item regardless you have completed the service or not, also software testpoint should never be held as a guaranteed method to put a mobile in testpoint, it's just an alternative you should try before using a hardware testpoint as mentioned in the software tp tutorial. In your case we can only freeze/extend the license and when possibly you will be able to use it for this device or another we can unlock/unfreeze it after you let us know, so it won't go to waste.
