Refund Request on MC7455 Command error

I tried to IMEI repair a sierra wireless MC7455 with credits. It would say that it had AT Command error, and would not repair the IMEI. If possible I would like a refund as it did not properly work. I swore I saw it as a compatible device but it seems to not work.

Could you please show us where you saw it as a supported device? We would need to fix it as we never have supported such a model. The refund request was now forwarded and should be completed later during the day.
